Ahhh. If you zoom in on the picture, via iPod touch, it all makes sense. It's like connecting the dots.

Check out the epic front page spread! ;D

Oh, and let me know if the little MP3 player I have put on the front page works please!
Wow! :o

Cheers Dave. That's amazing. I wasn't expecting anything like that. Thanks. This whole experience has been fantastic and it just keeps on coming!

You've written it brilliantly. It had me excited as if I didn't know about what had happened! The radio thing does work although I stopped listening when I said, 'halftone'. Twot!

I'm in the middle of moving at the mo but when the dust has settled next week I'll post up the caricatures of the big three. A new trailer's going to be released soon and it might feature my Le Donk and Scor-Zay-Zee caricatures but I'd like you lot to see them first. Although one of The Man was in the printed Derby Belly Laff.

Thanks again Dave. That's very generous of you. Must have taken you a while!

All the best.

Bill.

Chromebaby....i tell you, those titles are amazing! I loved the film and the titles were the cherry on the cake and iceing and the little wrapper. Dead Clever mate.

I had the best nite at the Le Donk party, it was the best party, Boogie Woogie was a close second, but the whole set up and venue was brilliant. Good to see everyone and of course meet you. Le Donk is cool, bit scary, i tried to get his autograph but he was havin chips and curry and i did not want to bother him. I got Scorzy's instead! lol

Love the little squashy picture of us, i look soooo tiny! Good cuddle mate.

Well i hope to see more from your work, its great when yr dreams come true, Shane does that, it makes all the crying worth it! LOL.

Calm down diedre Barlow, oh no Harold Shipman, come on tinky winky! Rarrrrrrr. I was nearly sick in the cinema laughing when i heard that, its brill.

So cool to meet Scorsyzeeee too, he rocks!

Hope to bump into you sometime in the future good luck with it all fella. Live the dream!!!

Jo xx

Hey cheers Jo! Glad you like my little animation. ;D It's all been amazing! I've kinda ran out of new ways of describing it all...

It was great to meet you too and to get a 'ug off of you! I've been complimented on my hugs before... ;) I think it was a combo of top quality huggin' from both parties that made it such a good cuddle. ;D

All the best!

Bill.

Whoa... this thread IS getting spoilerific! Cannot wait to see this film. I'm hoping it'll be at Cambridge Film Festival in september. I'll be working the whole time, but i'll make sure I get to see it!

Awesome front page news post Dave. It's a great story that people need to know. Yay!

Thought it might be time to post up a few more stills.

And here are a couple of pages of sketches trying to get Olivia Colman. I didn't find it easy and I only just managed about a 90% likeness. On the plus side it did turn to be quite a funny caricature of her. In my humble O... ;D

I did start out trying to do Mark Herbert but moved back to doing Olivia as she was coming up next in the timeline of the animation.

I pretty much got Olivia here but the likeness dropped back a bit when I inked her in for the animation. I drew her as a alien too for some reason!

Interview with Bill (plus pic!) and a name check of this site in the Observer Film Magazine yesterday. Nice. ;D

Wow! Incredible. It doesn't feel like it's about me. Cheers RichK.

Annoyingly, I was scabbling around in the dust yesterday, finishing off some plastering. I had no idea the interview I did (ages ago) was going out so soon. I was told it would be September. I've had to order back issues! ::)

Oh, I didn't say I had won 'first prize'. Honest! Hey. That means I've been like, misquoted and stuff... cool. ;D

Here are some stills that feature in the pic of me. They're the ones you've been waiting for...

And the man/bumblebee himself... ;D

Awesome. Glad I saw these images after seeing the film! Bee Meadows was a bizarre but awesome surprise! Why?! Don't bother answering that... it's awesome. Great job Chrome!

Look forward to telling people at my cinema: "You know the opening titles? Yeah... I met the fella who did them!"

Lovely stuff!

For some reason, the couple of attempts at Mark Herbert lurking on the first sketch sheet are quite amusing.

I was going to say that Olivia is looking like some kind of alien encounter, but then you mention that yourself Bill.

There's a few more pics of Bill's sequence on the Warp Films site now:

Cheers Ryd! Coz he's like an bumblebee innit? ;) Was it a good crowd watching it?

Cheers Dave! And thanks for the front page space again! When this is all over I'm going to have to lay low for a bit.

Thanks for the Warp page link! I didn't know about that. It's funny though coz they've gone and put up an image that I did for the after show party in Edinburgh and isn't in the actual title sequence! D'you tink I should tell 'em? ;D Can you guess which one's the impostor? LOL. ;D

Yeah quite a bit. Wasn't packed... was 11.30 in the morning on Sunday though.. so i'd have thought most people would have been hungover/wasted/sleeping/in a ditch at that time. My mate was some of these things. Anyway the lot that were there certainly enjoyed it.. a lot of laughter. Most loudly from me. I laugh loud.

It was on a small screen with kinda crappy sound too... So I look forward to seeing it at Cambridge Film Festival.
