That front row is pretty cool, especially with the little remote. But your right just fancy little add on's so Steve Jobs can churn out more and more machines. I just bought a 17" G4 Powerbook, then he whips out the new Laptops with intel chips and starts telling everyone how crap and slow the old powerbooks are. Have you got a link to this google video?? Sounds good. Thanks, Have a good weekend all.

wow thanks guys your feedback is nice! thanks gadge, and thanks jo. in answer to your questions the horse was basicvally the one who swapped the main character form the two different worlds, the fact that its a horse doesnt really mean anything, i just wanted it to be surreal thus the horse head. i feel it had much more affect with the horse mask cos if it had just been a man it would have been less film like.. if you get me. I mean if you get slapped by an average guy.. nothing much is gonna happen, but if your in the fantasy film world, your much more likely to beleive a horse demon of some sort can switch you from 2 different dimensions. sorry random rant there! just trying to put reasoning behind the horse.. dunno if it made sense. "Esurio admitto" silly enough as it is means "Hungry Horse" in Latin! basically my mate who was in the horse mask kept saying "HI I'M HUNGRY HORSE" on set.. so i just took that, found out the latin, and used it as the title. i thought backwards words would be too cliched and obvious for a title. i just wanted something annomous, just like the horse and that man. ha ah the mafia thing sounds cool! never thought about that! thanks again

Wykd, thanx 4 the answer... i get the picture now about horsey head man. Good creativity, you wanted it to be quirky.... i thought the link was, 'godfather' - the horses head with the tittle sounding italian. My mind is.... not sure where?? The name creation for yr film is amusing too, yr mate's gag and all.... I liked the hot dog i thought it was all clever. Im watchin films all day today, havin a chill out day. Enjoy the bank hol. j

RyD22,
Just a thought....is yr short more of a musical short??? Do you not have to have dialogue for a short film?...

I really liked the film RyD222, the way it went backwards was a wicked effect real trippy and the music was good mate.

Hey RyD22,
yeah I watched this a while back only just watched it again. I liked it, i thought it was good. The horse kind of scared me, reminded me of that moment in Pinocchio when there all turning into Donkeys, scary shit.
Yeah so was it a music video?

thanks about the hotdog scene jo inspirired by red dwarf (if you've seen it you'll know) ha ha glad you found him scary fattaxi most just find it funny! its cool to hear different reactions and interperatations. In respect of it being a musical short, or as music video, i myself have never thought it as one. I beleive its not a Music Video because it has a clear linear narrative. Now im not saying music videos can't have narratives, they most certainly can, but they are usually cut together with performances, many cut aways and jump cuts to fit to the music. Where as in my film we follow the lead character all the way through just like a film, there are charcters and no cut aways or performances. and also most importantly, ther music fits with the film, not the other way round. The whole point of a music video is either to promote an artist (which is irrelavant here) or to illustrate the music, and i dont think my film does that, i just think the music helps the surrealness of the film. but i can clearly see how it could be viewed as a music video, with no diagetic sound and some visuals fitting to the music rather well. i dont think it is a music video, but if you like to interperate it to be so then fair enough as long as you enjoyed it! the reason i made it with no dialogue is because it simply wouldnt have worked with the whole backwards thing going on, it would have been extremely complicated. Also less dialogue in a film with bad actors, the better! my lead character was a good actor in that he knew how to look, and just react to his surroundings. But if he had have spoke, it may have ruined the atmosphere, and hes not an actor so it wouldnt look as proffessional. the last two films i have made have had dialogue and they're just comedy cos the acting is so bad! but they are purposefully bad if ya get me.. i'll post them up soon. thanks again for questions and feedback sorry if i rambled a bit there
