Cool idea, I too have a new film that will hopefully be on the forum tomorrow. I'm just uploading the footage and will be doing the editing tonight and tomorrow.

All i can say is thanks guys!
Its really great to get some genuine feedback that is constructive, as oppose to "its crap" or "its great."
Shane - thanks very much for taking the time to watch the film and comment on it. I actually wanted to shoot it in the kitchen with them making the soup but my kitchen was too small and I only had 10 hours to shoot and edit it, so it was all rather rushed and done the best i could in the limitations.
ryd - I did intend for there to be some humor in collectors piece but maybe not for it to be laugh out loud funny. but when u make a film about a guy who collects skulls then its going to make people laugh! the skull guy is a mate of mine, who makes short films also, cracking bloke and played the part perfectly, more than can be said for the other guy....
Dave - I know what you mean about the darkness of it. I also think that i do not have anywhere near enough shot choices in collector's. This was my first film and so it was very much a MASSIVE learning curve. I like it but i know it has massive faults. Really glad you like it though.
I cant believe the mixed reaction In The Soup is getting, its great! It seems people either love it or hate it. I'm just glad to be finally getting some feedback and people seeing my stuff!
Cheers again guys! top notch!
