U MAY HAVE SEEN THE TRAILER ON THE HOPING TO START A SHORT FILM PAGE BUT AFTER 2 MORE AMAZING DAYS OF FILMING I HAD ANOTHER WHACK WITH MY MATE AND WEVE COME UP WITH THIS ONE AND THIS IS THE FINALL OFFICIAL TRAILER FOR THE FILM. SO PLEASE ENJOY,

That was pretty cool. Looks quite 'heavy'.
I particularly liked the bit near the beginning where you're getting the other lad to shake your hand. Very sinister.
What is up with the sound though?

I remember Gadge saying he was gonna be filming on a digital camera, so could just be that it doesn't pick it up great? I know the sound on my miniDV camcorder is pretty shit.

looks interesting but sort out that sound issue, a film will fail if the sound is crap. could be a good idea to have a film about young uns made by young uns because they all get a bad press of late.

TE SOUNDS A BIT DODGEY IN THE KNIFE SCENE AS IT WAS FILMED IN WHAT WE THOURGHT WAS A PERFECT AREA (NO ONE KNOWS OF THE WOODS WHERE IT WAS FILMED) HOWEVER, IT WAS RITE NEXT TO A MOTORWAY SO I THINK RE-SHOOTS ARE IN ORDER , SHME COZ THE ACTORS IN THAT SCENE PERFORMED AMAZING THE FIRST TIME ROUND.

Get a decent mic. Never use the camera mics. They're cheap shit. A decent mic cna be got for £20-£40 and will plug into your camera. Check out Maplins.
Otherwise, you can redub using a mic and minidisc. It's easy to do and you can record background noise to sit in with it as well.

THANKS ICHARUS MATEY, WE WHERE GUNNA DO A REE-SHOOT BUT WE'LL GIE THAT A SHOT NOW. REALLY DIDNT WANT TO RESORT TO A RE-SHOT BECAUSE THE TWO PEOPLE PUSHING THE MAIN CHARACTER ARE NOT ACTORS AND HAE NEVER ACTED IN THEIR LIVES BUT DID A FANTASTIC SCENE SO NATURALL WOULDT WANT TO WASTE IT FOR NOTHING HEHE DUBBING IT IS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT ON COMPUTER GOT A GOOD EDITING SUITE AT ME MATES HOUSE (WE SUPED UP HIS P.C LOL) THANX FOR THE HELP MATE MUCHO APRECIATED GADGE! |
