Here I come with another thread about my Weston Super Mare Tourist Info film! Why?! To put all the tabloid coverage and the film in one easy to read section! haha

About a month ago, I found out that my film was mentioned in the Weston and Worle News, a local newspaper for the Weston Super Mare area. Here's the article:

The latest 'exciting' development is another article in the Weston and Worle News. This time it's a whole article about me! hahaha. I've hit the big-time! I got in a nice plug for this site too! Here it is:

In the article it says that I claim to be a personal friend of Shane's! How embarrassing! I never said that! In fact I have been paraphrased to within an inch of my life! I originally answered quite a lot of questions about YouTube in general too, but none of that makes an appearance sadly.... I sounded quite clever too (well I thought so! ;D ).

So there you go! Ha ha ha ha I'm still laughing about it all now!

He paints a good picture though. I can see it now: Dave pulls up outside an overspilling Hoxton boozer, strolls over to the bloke who looks like he's in the highest income bracket...

"Alright mate, I'm Dave. Dave Clarke, AKA the next Peter Jackson. You that Shane Meadows? The director bloke? Well, me and him.... we're like that. Ooh, and I use Adobe Premiere. Peace and fucking!". Then you give them the wink and the gun, and swagger onto your chrome-plated micro scooter.

Thats a massive success Dave nice one, from making a spoof film with some footage you had to having an article written about it. You could have smiled in the picture though Describes you as a Budding spielburg as well and promotes Shane's work and TIE. Top Job
