Me and my missus went to see 'This Is England' at the Bradford Film Festival on Friday. The film went down incredibly well. It just 'reached those parts' if you know what I mean. It was a great place to be. And a pleasure to listen to the cast talk about their experiences making the film. And Shane, very good of you to appear on mobile loudspeaker at least. I hope you enjoyed the Bond film. We loved yours to-bits. It was tremendous. Anyway, here's a short doco me and my wife made during our holiday in India last year www.bbc.co.uk/dna/filmnetwork/A13633995

Just got round to watching your film.
Really liked it. I see that it says it is your first film! That's quite amazing really. You really have the knack of filming real people without it feeling like their is a show being put on for the camera. I wasn't quite sure that the first bit of music during the bike ride to the Recycling Centre worked completely. It didn't seem to fit with the India on screen.
Keep up the good work!

I just watched it, really enjoyed it, very interesting. I agree with Dave, you have good documentary making skills. It looks very very professional for a first film! Make more!
