Hey Everyone ;D The first short film I ever made was called “The Farm” it ended up becoming very popular and people have asked if there would be a follow up. Eventually we have got round to it and yesterday we filmed “The Farm 2 Lucky Lotto”. The film centres around two country bumpkin brothers Brian and Norbert Elmos and the mischief they get into on there farm. The thing I noticed about the two films personally is that my film making has come on. Any comments welcomed It’s a bit of fun so hopefully sit back and enjoy. Youtube link: Also if anyone hasn’t seen the original there’s a link to it below:

Nice one! I did like that. "It's like treasure island all over again!" You have a great eye for comedy. Stuff like the toilet bit where it's just left silent! haha, so much funnier than chucking in a lame gag, or stupid line. The guitar playing bit went on a bit I thought. The joke of that scene played out long before it ended. One thing I would like to see in future, is perhaps more structure to the story. I'm not sure how much planning went into that, but did you perhaps make some of it up as you went along. I was really excited about the 'treasure' story kicking off.. then it all got sidetracked a bit. Which works to some extent, but I felt there was more sidetracking than actual story. haha What was that in the tree at the beginning? A plastic bird? Keep it up though! Those characters are great. I reckon I'd enjoy trying to write something for them! Stills Farm? Do you have farming contacts or something?

I liked it mate, very funny! I agree with dave though, would be nice to see more structure, it kind of seemed a bit like random clips. They are great characters though, well acted too! Keep it up.

Hi Guys thanks for all the feedback I was laughing most of the time whilst making this one. Your completely right where structure is concerned, I had written a script and there was a story to begin with then it kinda took on a role of its own and so we just went with the flow. We did end up not filming one or two scenes which I think would have added to the film.
LOL That was a plastic bird used for shooting Dave, we filmed two beginnings and had we gone with the first the bird featured a little bit more. Stills Farm is the guy who plays Brian's parents farm so its an ideal location to film on.
We were hoping to make a feature film with a proper structure and a bit longer in length so if anyone has any good ideas or situations to put the charecters in, I thought maybe a couple of Polish girls coming to work on the farm and maybe leaving there baby behind could be a possible idea.

I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE MONEY THING MATE. THEY COULD DIG UP SOME GOLD OR FIND LOADS OF MONEY AND BECOME PROPER HIGH CLASS CELEBS THAT WOULD BE A GOOD FEAUTRE ONE.
OR
TAKE THEM OUT OF THE FARM AND INTO THE CITY. LET THEM LOOSE IN LONDON OR MANCHESTER. THAT'D BE FUN IF NONE OF THEM HAVE SEEN A CITY.
GADGE!

a parcel in brown paper could be wrongly delivered to their house, when opened it contains lots of different sex toys which they take out one at a time trying to discover what it does and what it's for, then they find a blow up doll which they soon discard when out come a couple of blow up sheep and other inflatable livestock whih they then begin to bicker over, or you could do something were they have to butcher one of their livestock but can't actually do the job because one of them has had a relationship with it.
don't think i'm a perv 'cause i'm not!
very good by the way dazza;)

A load of sex toys and blow-up dolls? You'd need some serious budget for that lot.... unless of course you already own the required items!

Thanks lads some cracking ideas there. Anyone know any Ann Summers reps then I'll take them all into consideration when I try and write something for the charecters. Hyde its coincidental a mate of mine is lending me his trailer park boys DVDs as he said the same thing.
