I'm sure something like this has came up before but I can't find it,
I'm shooting a music video in a club on saturday, I need to put a sign up for a copyright waiver for clearence for the crowd (at least I think I do??)
anyways I've got one together can anyone advise me if this is any good or even nessasary?

Just put something up saying that they will be filmed. Just make sure it's clear.
Although if you are already going to film at a gig, usually on the back of tickets it says that they agree to be photographed and / or filmed.
And if you are hiring the venue out solely for a music shoot, then they'll be there to be filmed, surely?
