This film's getting huge word of mouth build up here in the states - we're ready for any skinhead movie that seems to have some sense. The trailer's getting passed around like you wouldn't believe. So, any word on a US release? Any chance it'll actually hit some theatres here?

Hey, I'm doing my best! Seriously, there's been some interest since the first pics of the cast cropped up online, but since the reviews and the trailer have come out it's a big topic of conversation.

sounds good, its about time the US got a realistic film about a misunderstood lifestyle. No more mockney bollocks.

I`m doing the same here in Costa Rica, also in some european forums like RASH Madrid (Spain), they just looked the teaser and they liked it a lot, just the reggae music is a good signal for them.

Hey guys. Welcome to the site from the North and South of Americas. Can't believe we have reached so far so soon without release, praise gates for the internet! We are looking very good for a US release as we have a few tabled offers off the back of Toronto. Quite a few 'big' distributors are viewing the film in LA and New York at the moment, so we are holding off accepting any offers until we've been to Rome. Safe to say, it looks good for a 2007 US release. I hope sometime soon, that there will be a proper trailer released on the net and I will be adding some downloadable TIE treats round Xmas if I can get clearance?

Hi, I am a filmmaker and run a non-profit theatre in New Orleans. I have been attending the Toronto Film Festival every year since 1990. Well, I missed last year because of Hurricane Katrina. I have been a fan of your work for years ever since we screened your film TwentyFourSeven. Your film Room For Romeo Brass was my favorite film of the festival that year. I saw This Is England in Toronto at the first public screening at the Varsity 8. The film blew me away so much, I saw it again the next day in the press/industry screening with a group of my fellow programmers whom I told had to see your film at the ROM. Seeing the same film twice at the same festival is something I have only done twice before ( Guy Maddin's Archangel and Christoph Ruggia's Les Diables). Needless to sat, it was my favorite film of this year's festival as well. I truly hope you get picked up for distribution in the U.S. I really want to book it. If you are coming to the U.S. and would ever like to come to New Orleans for a Retrospective of your films. We would love to have you. By the way,
this has been driving me crazy. I know I have seen Andrew Ellis in something real recently, but can't remember what it was. I couldn't find him listed on imdb.
what else has he done?
thanks
