Hot ticket of the Festival This is England will screen again on Thursday 2 November at 8.30 in the Odeon West End. Shane Meadows expertly captures the complexities of the 80s skinhead movement, handling issues of masculinity, violence and race, all to a great soundtrack. Book tickets now for this additional screening

Anyone gonna go to this? If I'd heard about it earlier, I'd have gone myself. But I've just spent all of my money on Billie Piper and Peter Kay's autobiographies and comic books. Seriously.

Wait, its screening again tommorow??? 3 days in a row? has this just been announced? Announced very recently. I got the info via email from the LFF... probably because I bought tickets online. www.lff.org.uk/films_details.php?FilmID=1181

Apparently, it's billed as "The Best Of The Fest" - where the most popular films get shown again. Yet another accolade!

Right, anyone else dying to see the film again? How about we hatch a fiendish plan to steal a print of it and break into a cinema to screen it? The second part is probably going to be easier, provided Dave will be our inside man.
