I really love that underpass location, great place to shoot.

I think the swimming baths is Noel Street (my primary school used to use it). It's on Noel Street (top end) which is on the border between Hyson Green and Forest Fields.

You might be right.. its definatly near to where the tram goes passed.. I can remember that bit.. I seemed to think it was more Baseford though..
Fuck knows, it was early in the morning when we went there anyway, and being as we filmed it like commin on two years ago.. I can't fully remember.. Richard will though

Yes, that'll be the place-it's very close to New Basford too. We used to walk there from Berridge Rd School. Until TIE I'd assumed they'd pulled it down-real Old Skool

Nice. Is it as remote as it appears to be in the film?

It's well off the beaten track in rural Lincolnshire.

I did get a bit worried when I was challenged by her about my motives for taking the photos. I mumbled something about it being my hobby as a fan of Shane's films. Didn't see any chickens though!

When Shaun, woody and the group go hunting and they go to the abandoned houses and smash the joint up, is this the old abandoned RAF base on the A46 near Bingham?
My wife and I stopped to have a look around and we were asked to leave by a security officer.

Yep, RAF Newton. Jolly Sailor, Paul, that's impressive. And the roads around there are just amazing..

Just to let you know I've started on the filming locations of 'This is England' and found a good percentage, thanks to Thribb and Rich however still need to travel to Lincolnshire to look for those scenes. If you want to help please let me know!!! www.filminglocationsdetectives.com/films/this_is_england.htm
