Don't think anyone has started a thread for this so I thought I'd do the honours.....
Gotta say, without wanting to endure the wrath of the sycophancy police, i think it's quality......probably helps that i'm already a fan of richard hawley but i reckon it's a great vid.....was wondering who came up with the idea for it.....? even though it seems funny enough there is also something that's a touch unsettling about it.....also it puts me a bit in mind of the artwork on that pulp album with all those cardboard cut-outs.....

Song's not really my kinda thing... the music video is... odd, mildly amusing. Nice style, some bits looked a bit home video-ey which worked. and its a cool idea. I liked it.

I came up with the basic 'Man living with a Mannaquin' idea after hearing the Song and then myself, Mark Herbert, Libby Durdy (producer) and Rich Hawley all threw in bizzare scenarios for the lovers to engage in. ;D

Ps. If you think that one was a bit strange, There is a 2nd Video which we shot in the same week which shows an Elderly Black 'Elvis look-a-likey' on a journey from an Old peoples home (where Richard Hawley is playing a gig) into the Peak Distract on his mobility wheelchair to re-visit the resting place of his beloved Motorbike and Sidecar! Not sure when it's released but it's called 'Valentine' and see's Shimy (Romeo/Milky) greyed up as a 70 year old Black Elvis and Chanel Cresswell (from this is England) teamed up as disabled Lovers. There is some very funny Green Screen footage of them in the 50's, which put's Ed Wood to Shame!

I found the trailer in the related videos section of YouTube before Shane Meadows mentioned it here. I didn't realise it was Andrew Shim and Chanel Cresswell! I didn't realise it was by Shane either!
