Thank You Shane .. soooo much ! (You don't want to know what I did to get the day off !) I kept waking in the night and wanting to come down and check my PM's, but knew that if I did so, and HAD got a PM, that I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep - so I struggled through till the birds started singing. I am now bouncing around the house like a loon ! It will be really good to meet the rest of you guys.

Sounds like you're even more of a work dosser than me Actually I started work at 7am today so I could be sure to get my work done before 2pm. Almost finished now-quick proof-read and then just need to email the document attachment-yippee. Unfortunately my daughter can't come. She spent some time on the 'phone last night trying to swap shifts, but mmmm trying to find somebody to willingly come in on a Friday. She also made an unforeseen strategic error in throwing a sickie on Monday It doesn't make any difference though since she was an additional body.......

Yeah, she is....hopefully there'll be another opportunity some time down the line. She working at an exhibition in Derby today and Friday's one of their busiest days so it would be pretty bad form to just not show up.

Its just down the road from the Broadway then?
Well I'll be there probably bang on 2:30pm. And will be carrying a copy of Somers Town for recognition purposes.
I woke up at 7am with the intention of getting to work early, make up for the time. Didnt happen, and was 10 mins late. The cheek of it!

Bloody brilliant. Loved Le Donk, pure class. Had a great afternoon, lot of laughs.
Shane, Mark and Libby from Warp film, my fellow MB friends and everybody were all a great bunch.
A few beers and some good chat was had by all.
Dom.

I am still buzzing from this. Firstly .. thank you again Shane, for the opportunity to be involved with Le Donk .. I think the fact that Hannah and Hollie are both thrilled to bits for me tells you that I have done amazing PR within our family .. haha. For those on the board ... get ready ! You're in for a treat! More to come later .. mainly because of the fact that what we saw yesterday wasn't the totally finished product and we had to sign an official secrets document .. heh ... which actually made it even more special, in that we all feel actively involved with this now. Just goes to show how much Shane values the people who love his films. Got to say though .. The Screen Room in Nottingham ... 21 seated room - truly, that's what it was; a room about as big as our living room at home. www.bbc.co.uk/nottingham/360/films/smallest_cinema_in_the_world.shtmlHard to get photo's as it was so dark .. and err, no one took a camera, but you get the jist from the link above. Muchas Gracias to Mark and Shane for drinks afterwards .. and memorable conversation .. much of which is still causing me to grin widely. Hollie was in stitches at your message to her Shane .. thank you ! (That'll give her some kudos in media studies next week!) Hope you enjoyed the curry ... you set me off, and I had to call in at Sainsburys on the way home and buy one !!! xxx
