Just to clear up a bit I wasn't comparing homosexuality to Sex offenses I was comparing the thread title with equal levels of sensonalisation. Shane has responded and that's fair enough but if the thread was called 'Shane help pleeeeese!' I'm sure the response would have been equal without all this flabby stuff from us following on.

As far as 'thinking outside the box'. I feel that if you think that this kind of lazy low level communication is 'thinking outside the box' your trapped in one. It's Sun newspaper level communication, the lowest common denominator. I wasn't expecting highbrow from anyone Davros but calling someone gay just for attention is playground tactics.

I wasn't particularly offended by it, just thought it was poor and shocking. I'm not sensitive folks.

Trust me, I have no issue with any way of communicating, and any form of communication. Every form of has its hole or box. Ignoring those you assume are below you can lead to all sorts of trouble. Your 'Lazy low level communication' certainly has its audience, and reason to exist, which is a whole debate in itself. I find though, if you close your eyes tight enough all The Sun readers and McDonalds eaters vanish without trace.

As far as thinking outside of the box, I dont remember this much debate for any other 'Shane help pleeeeese!' thread. Or even a reply from Shane. So although probably unintentional, as a forum thread its pretty decent.

I think even Chewbaxters still waiting for his reply.
