Old news to most, but I'm just starting to see the slightly addictive power of Instagram now. Took me a while.... took me a while with Twitter too.

For anyone who doesn't know, Instagram is an app for your phone which takes photos, and it's also a social network of shared photos of everything and nothing... and who doesn't like a nice photo to look at?

I've just signed up and have posted some absolute photographic twaddle so far.. but that's all part of the fun, and I want to be able to follow the photographic nonsense of some of you lot too! Anyone else on Instagram?

Now I can't help see stuff when I'm out and about and think... oooo that'll be nice on Instagram!

The official website does nothing if you're on a computer, you need the app on a phone to have a look at anything.... but this unofficial site is pretty good for desktop or laptop based Instagrammage: extragr.am

Instagram have now at least started doing profile pages you can view via a computer....

But you still can't browse or search photos via anything other than the mobile app. Weird.

Anyway, come on, I need to some pointless photography to follow!
