I first saw DMS in Dec 2004 and watched it about seven times in a fortnight showing it to friends and family (who ALL loved it!). Since then I tend to watch it at least once a month the last time being about 1:30am on new years day (as it was a bit of a quiet one this year). So I guess I've seen it around twenty times now, I'm sure theres a few on here have saw it more! I used to watch First Blood at least once a week when I was a kid so thats winning by a long shot (at the mo). How many times have you seen DMS and whats your most watched movie?

I've seen it once for every mate I've got, plus a fair few times on my tod. Nowhere near as many times as Superman IV though, which was the first video I ever got (I was 8) and which I watched over and over again till our video conked out. I reckon it was suicide

Hmm not sure.... But I think it's only a paltry 4 or 5 times! Unusually (considering the amount of cinemas that screened it) I saw it in two different cinemas though.
As for most watched film, I'm not really sure. Can't think of any one film in particular. It was probably Terminator 2 on video. Didn't have a video recorder in the house til quite late on, and this was one of the first videos of mine.

Just the twice .. have never really seen the appeal of watching the same film over and over, I think it loses something then ...

I've watched DSM about eight times, and loaned the DVD out about the same number of times. Everyone who has seen it has said they really like it. I've seen Northern Soul about twelve times, I love that short!

I've seen it about 10-15 times mostly as a bi-product of running Paddy's site....It would be neglectful to have seen it any less.

I must have watched it about 20 times now. I have to show it everyone who i know and I like to watch it with them to see there reaction to certain parts. I made my dad watch it and he thought it was rubbish and cliched but then again he loves status quo (and even models himself on the lead singer) WHAT A BELL END!!!!! i hope you read this father.

Me and Mrs Donk watch it a lot. Somewhere in the region of 30 times and counting I think.
Its definitely my most watched film, then it'd probably be Fargo and The Shining, then maybe Oldboy.
But when I was a kid it was Ghostbusters. Ghostbusters mad I was.

Damn! 30 times, Mark? The Shining also happens to be one of my most-watched films, too. Ivery rarely get the chance to see films over, as I have such a large pile of films that remain unseen. It's a shame because I sometimes fancy revisiting something I really like but I really need to make an effort to get through the unwatched stuff.
Dead Man's Shoes I watched twice (3 times if you count the time I viewed it with commentary).
***SPOLIER***
The first time I watched the film I was absolutely cativated by it. Having seen a couple of Shane's other films, I was unprepared for the darkness that shrouds it.
As much as I liked the film the first time, I was annoyed at a couple of plot holes I had thought of. The more I think of plot holes in good films, the more I come to dislike the overall film, so I watched it again and my unobservant mind was put to rest - the two offending scenes both feature Anthony, Richard and some of the villains and I'd been thinking "but surely they'd seen Anthony!?!?" I know, I'm a dweeb... ;D

We are either geeks, freaks or ill I think! I think I need to take DMS patches to ween myself off it a bit...like me mam says if you keep playing with it it will fall off.
