Ive always been a huge Bond fan and cant wait to see this on Thursday. Like everyone else when Daniel Craig was announced last year i was a little bit disapointed it wasnt Clive Owen but know how good an actor Craig is. The idea of a reboot was always going to happen with Bond to allow a younger actor to continue the franchise so im okay with that if a little confused by M being Judy Dench again. Im a huge poker fan so the change of Bonds game from baccarat to poker was acceptable. What do you think? Have you seen it yet? (Dave) Is it too much like 24 or Bourne? Hasnt the media hype been the biggest youve seen in ages.

I don't really like Bond. This new Daniel Craig Bond does look a touch different to those that have come before, so maybe I would enjoy it more.... but I won't be crying if I never see it.

I love Bond films. Period but then again, watching the Roger Moore flicks was a big part of my childhood.
I actually owned all the films on R1 DVDs but have just bought the remastered, two-disc editions. couldn't resist. Stacks more extras, DTS sound and best of all, LICENCE TO KILL uncut!
Can't wait to see CASINO ROYALE; I'll be seeing it this weekend.

I think Casino Royale is going to turn out to be a cracking Bond Film, its gonna be new and a bit different to the others and some of the die hard bond fans have slated Daniel Craig but i personally think he will pull of the role and some people will have to eat there words, he was a pretty good actor in his other films.

Am I the only person who really liked Enduring Love? He was great in that, as was Rhys Evans.

Seen Casino Royale today and it was good. Daniel Craig was a great Bond, much better than Brosnon. The opening sequence is pretty fantastic.
I'd say it was more than a tad over long though....just when I thought it was over, it would fade up again.

Just got back from watching Casino Royale and on the whole it was a very good movie mostly due to Daniel Craig and Eva Green who were both very watchable.
I was a little disapointed with a few scenes because i felt id seen too much of them already in all the tv previews, interviews and behind the scenes shows. My own fault for watching them i guess!
I agree with Salvador about the length it couldve been a little trimmed but saying that i would have also liked some more pre 00 status Bond and a far spicer love scene with Eva.
Im not great at reviewing films so ill just say if you like Bond you'll like this and if you dont like Bond you should still give it a go.

Another thing I'll say is there is a god awful cameo by Richard Branson - ever heard of the word inconspicuous Richard?........thought not.
