Take a look at this article, and weep: www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-13502260,00.html YOU'LL HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE TO YOUR ADDRESS BAR. This message board seems to have trouble with long addresses. I've never even heard of that film...... and that's the point. .

Read this in The Sun (I'm so cultured) they did the usual thing of taking the piss out of it and for some reason comparing the little amount it made to huge amounts the likes of Titanic made, yeah what a fair comparison

i'm one of the few who has seen the film in question (offending angels). as i've said elsewhere on this forum i'll watch literally any british film (if we don't support our own film industry who will?)and for the sake of clarity i'll make it clear i'm a fan of andrew lilncoln(or egg as i still sometimes think of him), and i've nothing against movies where angels come down to help human (i particularily enjoyed a life less ordinary, wings of desire, far away so close, and of course it's a wonderful life) i went into the film looking forward too it so i feel i can give a review of this film that comes from a warm place, a place of love, so here goes, it is terrible i found it cold and uncaptivating there was no magic or whimsy in the way the angels were represented, the two main characters were very unlikeable andrew lincoln looks like he wishes he was somewhere else, and his mate, the other lead was talentless. but i didn't consider it a waste of time cos for every 100 of these movies i sit through that make me despair for british films you come across a small time
