One of my tutors, when looking up a local actor's phone number for us, stopped to gloat about having Ken Loach's number in his phonebook. Twice. It was painful. Between that and the constant "I coulda been a contender!" impressions, I was very uncomfortably. Well I'm cooler than that! Ken Loach gave me his home phone number when I was screening a preview of My Name Is Joe for him. I'm so cool, I never phoned him, and promptly lost the number... on purpose you understand, just to show how cool I really am!

Yeah, I suppose losing it is cooler than writing it down twice!

I went to college with someone who claimed to be Rick Astley's cousin. I never met this 'cousin'. Top that for a crap 'claim to fame' link!

There was a guy at my school who apparently fingered a robin, but that's neither here nor there.
I've worn a cardigan that belonged to Cilla Black. I should add that I was only wearing the cardigan and nothing else. I didn't 'perform' in it, she wouldn't let me (my girlfriend, not Cilla).

I guy I went to school with was rumoured to have done something rather unsavoury with a jar of raw liver... ...another liked Kylie Minogue so much, he took a full page picture of her out of Smash Hits, cut out her mouth and placed a hoover pipe behind it Interesting School I went to...

God! Maybe if it had been a fold-out, near lifesize poster... But not a page! Yeah, I know. That's what happens when you go to a repressive, all-boys school, I guess. I still curse my parents for sending me there

I absolutely love A Fistful Of Dynamite - it's a great, undervalued film. Coburn and Rod Stieger are brilliant.

It is Charis, so nearly right, just take a few letters away. My dad loves F1! I bet he wishes he knew Jenson Button. John Virgo gave me a tissue when I had a nosebleed at the airport once. =)
