As we all love the Midlands (obviously), and Shane's films celebrate some of the comedy to be found in everyday life i I thought I'd mention MC Pitman . . . he's funny as fukk!
He heralds from Coalville, about 4 miles from where I was brought up, and he's Midlands and proud!
Imagine some fella rapping in his native East Midlands accent, about working down the mines, having cups of tea, and generally dissing others and you're half way there . . . I find it hilarious.
Let me know what you all think . . .

I am a huge fan of Pitman's got both of his albums and is the only musician that makes me literally spew with laughter, like you hes not from too far from my home town...he actually sounds like one of my best mates from school, I though it was him for a bit. I was lucky enough to see him live last year and he was amazing (with his DJ - DJ Marrow fingers) Got him to autograph my travel card! (He was in full coal miners gear equipped with a flask of tea and biccies)
For those who "Dont get meh" he is like Tank Bullock rapping to classic Hip-hop tunes. If you wanna check him out I recommend you download 'Witness the pitness"
