Having just read Shane’s post concerning him finishing his final This Is England cut, I just wondered what new films have got you excited with anticipation? Here are mine (in order, of course!)
Hot Fuzz Clerks 2 Highlander 5 (Yes, I know it's going to be shit)
There's nothing else that comes right to mind that I am looking forward to enough to rush out on opening night for (or buy the DVD on the release date, in the case of Highlander).
www.facebook.com/DirtyEgg ...Short film starring This is England's Perry Fitzpatrick, Thomas Turgoose and Chanel Cresswell!
In no order... some stolen from comps list, no idea about the Argento, Scorsese, and Lynch film, but I like the directors (tbh havnt seen an Argento film but really want to) Zodiac sounds good to, I like his work, and saw ages ago on IMDB that he was making a serial killer film with Jake Gyllanhal in it.
1. This Is England (Shane Meadows) 2. The Third Mother (Dario Argento) 3. The Departed (Martin Scorsese) 4. Inland Empire (David Lynch) 5. Backwoods 6. Hot Fuzz 7. Zodiac 14. Tideland (Terry Gilliam) 167. Clerks 2

The Third Mother is the concluding chapter in Argento’s Three Mother’s Trilogy – it follows Suspiria and Inferno. Argento has been planning to make the film since finishing Inferno in 1980!
The Departed in Scorsese’s remake of the Hong Kong flick, Infernal Affairs. The films stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson and Ray Winstone.
Not much is know about Inland Empire but Lynch’s films are ALWAYS worth watching

Top man Comp adding the links, you have already named some of the best films that will be coming out. I really wanna see This is england, hot fuzz, Backwoods, casino royale, superman.
I see you have World Trade Centre on your list there Companero... have you seen the trailer yet? It may make you ill.
I saw the trailer and yeah, it does look very, very sentimental and over patriotic but being an Oliver Stone film, I’m hoping this is just a reflection of how the studio might be taking the film out of context just to sell it. Can you really imagine Stone pandering to the Bush administration’s ideology? I certainly expect more from him…
