I saw a Legend of Johnny Cash cd in Fopp at the till for £3 looked it up on the net its 2 disk with loads of tracks would make for a good christmas present for someone thats what I'm getting mine for.

If you get one Johnny Cash album get Live At San Quentin, he nearly starts a fucking riot when he sings the title song! ;D I've been giving Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To The Heavens by Godspeed You Black Emperor a spin recently, magic!

This 3 quid cd will do for just now though.
Anyone notice how his latest stuff is brilliant? his voice is really rough but wow amazing songs.

you should check out the covers albums he did, american covers i think its called but im not sure, there a few volumes and some of the covers are amazing like hurt obviously and u2s one love and many many many more.
if your liking a bit of countyish vibe check out damien jurado, im not sure what albums he has done but i have one and its great, it has tunes on it called letters and drawings, ohio, and love the same. I know some of you will absolutely love it.
