I've just watched it - I like it overall - not your usual short film debut, and all the better for it. Nice range of camera angles too; I think some amateur directors choose ill-suited camera angles, but they were good in this film.

At the time, I think I had a vague interest in trying more arty camera angles (for no reason, it's just what a lot of people think is a good idea to start with as you mention). I think it was a combination of realising that there was no need for pointless angles, and the time constraint on the days shooting that lead to the way it was shot in the end. I am open to any opinions on it whatever.... that includes any slagging off. I'm up for it, just want to know why someone hated though at the very least.
