I work for a drugs relapse project in Liverpool and we recently did a short film called The Funeral with our drama group - it's B&W and 28 mins long and the story is basically a group of scousers arguing with eachother in an alehouse after their mate's funeral...and that's about it (no, it's not like that Harry Enfield sketch) - we're thinking of exhibiting it but we dont' want the drugs angle used as an excuse to patronise the actors or the film - it either stands on it's own merits or it doesn't. does nayone know of any festivals that would be worth trying out?
cheers.
