Very nice work. The editing is lively enough to keep you interested, even when you are indifferent to skateboarding like myself.
Just wondering, how exactly do you do that bit where it is sped up so much you just get frames of people in different positions? It's a nice effect and just wonder how you go about achieving it. Is it really just a very long segment of film in which you skip to a frame at every 5 or 10 second point?
When I watched it, You tube also recommended Burger Boys World Cup! Weird.. how has that happened?

I've noticed links between Burger Boys and Ryd's videos too - maybe because all the same people have watched or rated them?

well i edited to video in iMovie, cos at the time it was the only editing program i knew how to use. basically that effect was acheived by getting a very long clip... i beleive it was about 5 or 10 minutes of the same shot, with people skating in front of it. then i sped it up as much as i could in iMovie (which still wasn't fast enough, so here comes the clever bit) i exported the speeded up clip to a Mov quicktime, and then imported it back in, meaning it was just another ordinary clip, thus i could speed it up again. i repeated untill i got the speed i wanted, which doesn't really look sped up it just looks like a very cool effect, like you said dave. i was very pleased with the result.

thats weird.. cos they're both completely different videos with different tags. the only reasons i can think of are the following: 1. Dazza is a friend on my YouTube Profile 2. his film may have been put in the sports catagory, as is mine 3. and then theres what coyle said, maybe its cos i myself have viewed it and commented it, or overs have and then saw my video, maybe you tube thinks they're similar, and thinks other people will think so too? 4. you could be on the playlist thingy, which means it'll show the last film you watched.. not too sure bout this one though
this doesnt happen for me though, the only related videos i get are skate videos.
