Yes.. that and drugs! That always makes me groan. ;D Let's not forget the "waking up to an alarm clock" opening! ha ha yeah. When i worked at a sixth form a good 45% of the films started with an alarm clock and someone getting up. WHY IS THIS?!

Yeah I know suicide is shit in films and I hate all those stupid student films that have it.

hhahahahaahahha check out this site, it's a list of all the worst culprits e.g. There's nothing INHERENTLY wrong with starting a film with the buzz of an alarm clock, a hand slapping the snooze button, eyes fluttering open, followed by a yawn or an "oh my god, I'm late!" - But why so much of this? We see it all the time. It's as if the writer/director woke up one morning, looked around and said "Wow. This is cool!" Uh yeah. Better go back to sleep. filmmaker.com/DUMPS.html

B****x i used that to start a chapter in one of my books the alarm clock thing an never was a student, i'm way too dumb fer that mallarchy bugger it back to the drawin board lol
