Can you not get real stuff from an abatoire? Or a butchers. Pigs blood and the sort?
Or. If not, try the GWAR forums. They love the fake blood.
I think this has been asked before, and recall Ryd having a recipe? I could be wrong.

Real blood! How foul.... plus there's no skill in that (other than the talent of being able not to throw up when doused in pigs gut stink).
Red food colouring can stain your skin by the way. You need a hard-as-nails scrubbing brush ready for bath time to rub your skin raw!

Yep, under no circumstances use real blood!!! You can buy fake blood of course but the joke shop stuff is a bit thin and, well, rubbish. Try a professional supplier. It's not my department really so that's as much as I know.

Yes! I had a recipe... I can't remember it for shit though... I know it included washing up liquid though, so it washed straight out.... err. I have no idea what made it red though! Right i'll look into it... i'm sure i can find out. This resipe looks awesome when its wet, but when it dries on clothes it goes kinda pinky! ha ha.
