That works really well. Not music I would usually listen to, but the lyrics are good which made it enjoyable for me. Sometimes the lyrics can be embarrassing, but these are very well thought out and structured.

The video works very well. Lots of good ideas in terms of camera position. Felt professional despite it obviously not being polished by loads of money. That's a contradiction really, but I think you know what I mean. If it had the extra cash and pro-level equipment, the resulting video would have been a real contender in the polished world of MTV and the like.

Perhaps the bit where 'Jack' gets walked into by someone on the street was a bit cliched, but that's just nit-picking.

Just watched it, i'm rather into watching and making music videos, i think they're great. You have much more freedom making music videos, there are few rules.

First off i thought the song was excellent, i dont listen to much Hip Hop, but when i do, this is the sort of thing i like. The lyrics were excellent. The lip syncing at the start went a bit out, but assume thats something to do with the upload, because the rest was fine.

There was some excellent camera work, a good variety of shots, and some good editing. I felt some performance shots stayed for too long and you could have had some more cutaways in these bits. I also think it'd have been nice to have more narrative stuff, and perhaps instead of having the performer be Jack (i assume he was in some of the shots) have another actor play the character, and use his shots as the cutaways, and shoot them in a different style. Sorry, i'm goin off on one! To be fair its your first music video, and its bloody impressive considering that. Great effort.

nah im really greatful for the comments and cheers for the advice it wont go unmissed. Yeh it was the upload that sent it a bit out of sync but really enjoyed making it as you said it can be a lot better.Only took us the day aswell. cheers nyway m8 .

Anyways, yeah, nicely done, good blend of shots and diverse camera angles, and black and white always works a treat. Some not so subliminal cameos as well i see! Like Ryd says, a few cut aways wouldn't go amiss to chop it up a bit, when he's sat on the bench for example.

Editing's going smooth as well by the way mate, looking good!
