For a first film the ideas are there, but the execution takes time. Some questionable content, but I think you'll see where things can get better. And at that running length, it's a touch long. But a promising start.

Lol That was quite good I enjoyed it and the black humour and the acting was quite good. Lead actor was quite good at playing the salesman role. I thought he played the nutjob really well. Good use of a variety of camera shots and angles. Great first film nice one.

I'm mostly a screenwriter, I used to work as a journalist. I'm working on the feature of it. Very new to the directing lark. Some people thought i copied 'This is England' during the racist scene, I made this film before seeing 'This is England' honest.
The film is about the idea of citizenship, how it's misused and the history of consumerism (the nazis), enterprise culture is a culture that was invented by bureucrats to control the masses through themes of 'choice' and relating it to personal wealth, this is related to citizenship. This ties in with the salesman, does he choose to do these things because he want to or cos he's mentally ill (he might not be mentally ill). Also these things about if you're not earning money then you're not an active citizen, especially in the states rich=great poor=scum (i hate that notion). I hope i am not talking nonsense lol.
This is all the stuff that i spewed out after finishing my course in media and cultural studies.

Thanks folks the guy that played Mr Simpson, his name is Darren Kuppan, he's now known as Sean in Emmerdale.

Just finished watching. I liked it. I definitely think, as said above, it could be shorter. It needs some more pace I think. You got good performances from everyone. It reminded me a bit of American Psycho a bit, although its obviously different. Very well written too, some good lines. It's structured well too. The "Game over" bit was a bit cheesy! I did like that scene though. Was shot and edited very well.
Nice one mate, keep it up.

Hey Shane, if you're reading this it would be such an honour if you took a peek at my film here. I would love for you to comment on it.
