FCP HDV1080i 60i to Quicktime HELP!!!

hope Someone can help me as soon as possible!!!

I shot my first music video on saturday and need to get it off final cut pro and onto DVD, I've been editing since 5 this morning and could do with getting the vid to the band as soon as possible!!!

I've tried allsorts of settings and the aspect ratio is always squashed vertically, the video's also out of sync!

I shot the whole thing in the recording studio on saturday in about half an hour and am pretty proud of the results, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Once you've exported the video file you should reimport it to iMovie. It's easier to work with from there.

ended up exporting as quicktime movie then putting it straight to idvd then ripping it off the dvd with mpeg streamclip, pain in the arse but its all I could do

1080i is way bigger than is necessary for DVD isn't it?

DVD is 720x576 resolution... which is 576p

Maybe that caused more problems than was necessary?
