*Film* The Journey Man

This is a film a mate of mine made that I thought you guys might find interesting.

He likes to deal with abstract stories/sci-fi, uses a bit of CGI.

This was made a year ago and he is shooting another next week that I think will show a massive step up in storytelling and CGI work.

I think he shows great potential.

I like stuff that doesn't pummel you with exposition. Leaves you to ponder what was happening and what the conclusion might've been. Just the right length for what it was too.

Loved the use of silence at the beginning. Silence appears to be verboten in contemporary populist cinema today sadly. It can be so so powerful.
