Until the violence and the consequences of the violence portrayed in these films is done in a realistic way instead of the HOLLYWOODISED versions we have been bombarded with for the best part of 70/80 years, you are always going to get small minded individuals thinking that it is great and trying to reenact it.
Most realistic violence I have seen in films:
Fire extinguisher bit on IRREVERSIBLE.
Gary Olman kicking the shit out of somebody in a bar in STATE OF GRACE.
The kicking given to the Yakuza boss at the end of THE AGITATOR.
