Basically, I thought it could be interesting if some of you could film bits and pieces while at the festivals and perhaps email them back to me to upload to my YouTube account. Kind of like a video diary/blog.
I'm not thinking of people lugging around video cameras and such like, but maybe just filming stuff on their swanky mobile phones!
Does anyone have the gadgetry to accomplish such a thing?

That is a good idea Dave and with the quality of mobile photos and videos these days should be a fairly easy mission for the cast and crew to accomplish. Hopefully will look forward to seeing something on the site then.

well Iv got a cam on my phone and a bluetooth thing on my computer..so If I remember to video stuff, Would tht do the trick?

To be honest, I don't really know what is required, but it sounds like you have the right stuff there.
If you like you could test it by sending me a clip of any old crap (such as cars passing by or similar) to admin@shanemeadows.co.uk
Let me know if you send a test clip, and I'll let you know if it has all worked okay.
