First of all, I can't wait for your movie, I'm very curious.
Second and why I open this topic, there's a rumour about a movie about the Cockney Rejects, I was wondering if one of you people (espacially Shane) knows more about this or could give some more info. I know it has nothing to do with This is England, but it's a small world and I'm sure British directors/actors hear this and that. Hope you can help out.

Just seen this on the Gonads web-site

July 30th: The OCC re-convened later with Hoxton Tom in our Custom House HQ for a meeting with Al Hunter Ashton about the Rejects film. AHA, who famously wrote The Firm, is chomping at the bit to get the first draft done. The movie will be filmed in London and LA and is on schedule for a 2008 release. Stinky tells us: “We want this project to be authentic. It has to be true, or there’s no point doing it.”

I'd not heard about the Rejects film. I did however hear talk of a Cock Sparrer movie when I was researching TIE. Maybe I remember it wrong and it is actually this one. It would be great to get some more movies made about the Oi! movement. Everything else seems to have been done to death, but the Oi! scene and for that matter the Scooter scene that followed it, seem to have been given a wide birth.
