Shane... i know there's not that much point in having 'test screenings' now that audience/critical reaction seems to be universally ecstatic but how about showing it at one of the classier cinemas somewhere oop North ('Sheffield Showroom' springs to mind). I know it will get here in the end - it just ticks me off that Londoners (who don't imho relate to Northern films much anyway; Kes being a prime example) get to bite the cherry before your devoted fanbase, the majority of whom, i would guess, live above the Watford Gap M1 services (delicious Wimpy half-pounders anyone?). 200 miles is a long way to journey into the pit of hell that is London's congestion charging zone.
I reckon you should ask Warp to try to arrange a FREE screening for your forum members at least on a first call first seved basis a la Tank Bullock CD. Sheffield or Nottingham would be sweet.
