Heard from a friend that Shane has been confirmed to be presenting This Is England at a screening at the Glasgow Film Festival in February!!! This is completely amazing news for me (being a stone's throw away and missing out on the London trip) The official programme goes live on the website on this Sunday 14th January and Tickets go on sale on 14th February.... it'll be a happy valentines day for all who get tickets. The festival runs from 15th-25th February. www.glasgowfilmfestival.org.ukSo..... Anyone up for another website meet up!?!?! Maybe finally get this Documentary on the go? Shane is there any chance that we could arrange a wee interview for the Meadows Maniacs Documentary??? I CANNOT WAIT!!!!

The timing of this is just perfect. I have a few days holiday during that week and was planning to spend it in Edinburgh anyway, so I'll definitely travel over for this (£6???). I'll be travelling up from Brum on 19/02 so probably too early, but can give a lift to anybody on site travelling from Brum on the same day. Guess who's on at Barrowlands 19/20 Feb? Fancy going Salv? :-)

Got my tickets earlier and they are doing concessions on the TIE tickets £5 for students/OAP etc and the Shane Meadows: Behind the scenes is £2.50!!!! Everyone should come along! I know a cracking pub near the venue, and we can have a wee get together....
