Still Tickets left!! here...http://www.ticketweb.co.uk/user/?region=gb_scotland&query=schedule&promoter=glasfilmtheatre&next=200304&interface=gft
RyD, This might sound weird but you could crash at mine if u like.... although im in a village outside Edinburgh and so is going to be a mission to get to Glasgow and back each day. But the offer is there :-)
Another idea is a youth Hostel, I've stayed in a few and its always been alright and cheap!

grrr... it seems i havn't booked earlier enough to get cheap train or plane tickets, cheapest i can find is 45.00 quid to fly. I really can't afford it sucks, i really wanted to come as well. Mostly of course because of the screening of this is england and shane's master class of course, but also because i would really love to go and see scotland! Also it'd be cool to meet you salv, have a discussion about our documentary and that! It'll be really cool if you could get some footage of shane. I hear that the arts picturehouse in cambridge want him to do something similar here, so if this happens, i am most definately there! Well i hope everyone who goes has a superb time. I'm sure you will!

Is it right Shane has cancelled the Glasgow festival due to ill health - that is what it says on their website? Anyone shed any more light onto this and is anyone else doing his bit?

Just got this inormation if anyone was looking forward to seeing Shane in Glasgow.
I think he has been partying too hard!!!!!
We are delighted to announce that Mark Herbert (Producer), Stephen Graham (actor), Mark Reese (Designer) will be conducting a Behind the Scenes masterclass on the making of This Is England.
This event replaces the Shane Meadows Behind the Scenes event. Shane sends his apologies for being unable to attend. Any customers who have pre-paid tickets for this event and wish to have a refund, should present their tickets to the GFF Box Office (12 Rose Street, Glasgow G3 6RB).

If people do send tickets back for refunds, does that mean we might still be able to get some?
