In addition to the forthcoming The South Bank Show on Shane and This Is England which broadcasts on Sunday 29th April 2007 at 11pm on ITV1, the BFI Southbank (formerly the NFT) is screening the documentary plus an extra 15 mini documentary made especially for the event on Friday 4th May at 7pm. Come along and discover even more about Shane's world of film-making.

Where is this event being held??? What was formerly the NFT, now the BFI Southbank... as mentioned in the initial post!  Not sure where it is in London though. |

Hi Guys, The BFI Southbank (formerly National Film Theatre) is in London and right by the river, next door to National Film Theatre with the Royal Festival Hall on the otherside. Nearest tube is Waterloo. Website is www.bfisouthbank.org (I think!) You'll have a chance to see the documentary 'The Scorsese of the North, Shane Meadows: The South Bank Show' being played out on a big screen and a full extra 18 minutes of extra stuff on Shane which no one else will get to see.
