Here's something a crazy! I flew to Cape Town last week to film an Orange commercial, and bumped in to Forest Whitaker in my hotel  After composing myself to go and talk to him, i managed to corner him as he went to the bar! Spoke to him for a few minuets I started to tell him about TIE, as soon as i mentioned the name This Is England to him, he already knew about it and said he cant wait to see it It's crazy to think TIE is in the 'must see list' of actors like Forest Whitaker! |

that is crazy shimmy, i love the big man. I bet he's a really nice guy but dead intimidating, he just seems to have such presence.

That's a good story that, did he give you any tips on makng oscar acceptance speeches - you never know when it might come in handy.....
So this commercial, who was it for then.....? Sunny Delight..? Del monte...?

Del monte...? He is quite intimidating but a really really nice guy! No tips, but thats what i complimented him on, his speeches... It was the first thing that popped in my head. Didn't want to say 'your a fantastic actor!' cause he probably hears that every 2 seconds  It was an Orange Mobile commercial... |
