Hullo, I've just read through the two on set reports again as Dave recommended on the front page. They make for an even more interesting read now I've seen the film, I'd recommend you do the same. Anyway, I also listened to the MP3 Dave recorded of the gang and Shane improvising the Cafe scene, was very interesting, and it was great to hear the development of the "I've Got Problems" line! So yeah I thought I'd just say you should all give 'em a read again, and listen to the mp3 cos it's very interesting! And funny!

Agreed! In some ways, the reports and that audio are now even more interesting than they were originally because most of us now know the context of it all.
I found myself re-reading it all when I had to put the pages back together for the new look site. It was interesting looking back at some of the bits I witnessed that didn't make it into the film.
For example, in the film when Combo comes into the cafe to ask Woody outside for a chat.... well the chat outside the cafe was filmed!
You may notice in the film that Banjo has a towel under his arm as he stands in the cafe doorway.... well, the start of the chat outside the cafe was Woody asking about the towels, and Banjo and Combo saying that they are going swimming (or was it even learning to swim.. not sure now).... Woody starts saying how it's a bit 'gay'.
Also you can hear in the clip that Shane always called everyone by their character names at all times.

Ha ha, its great to know about a deleted scene before the DVD release! I wondered what was being said outside during the film last time I watched.

Well, I'm sure there was! You could say that this thread has DVD spoilers now! Lets keep them for discussion when the DVD comes out!
