Found an article in Heat magazine (I do read proper stuff too, honest!! ;D) that says Jack O'Connell (Pukey) is one of the new hunks on the next series of Skins.

**EDEN LAKE SPOILERS**
Even though I didn't rate the film*(n poor tommo got his throat slit), I thought pukey was immense in Eden Lake, don't rate skins but he's clearly a talent.
*the film i was referring to being eden lake, not TIE.

He was a bad ass in Eden Lake, you so wanted to punch him which is nothing personal just good acting! I thought Eden Lake was good, that was a good night at the cinema a double bill of Eden Lake and Somers Town.

I thought Eden Lake was good, that was a good night at the cinema a double bill of Eden Lake and Somers Town. It(Eden Lake)was entertaining enough I suppose, I just thought the plot to be really contrived and far fetched, much like a film called, 'Very Bad Things' but as that's a black-comedy I'll let it off... I liked 'Summer's Town', thought it was nice and sweet and it certainly isn't the "advert" some people make it out to be. I was also really impressed with the polish dads performance.

Cheers for spoiling that... I Haven't seen Eden Lake yet! I've edited your post. Do try to warn about spoilers... even on non-Meadows films.

Also, don't know if its been mentioned in here... but the fella who plays "Harvey" in TIE (small part I know) puts a great performance in a film excellent film called "Summer" which should be out on DVD soon.
Also stars the forum's very own Thribb!

Sorry RydCook... but you'll see on my Gran Torino thread that I've always put *SPOILERS* I just assumed that everyone on here would have seen Eden Lake 'cause it's got Tommo in. However, I will now definitely make sure, I always put *SPOILERS*

They were directed by Shane that makes it ok, i just felt sorry for him if he was having to do roles like that now and not being recognised as a good actor after TIE and romeo brass
