Ok, I don't know how many Canadians there are on this site, but I've seen This is England in full an I loved it, and I would love to see more of Shane's work but I can't find any of it, and I don't want to have to resort to downloading it as it's not right to the ppl that worked so hard for it... but I don't have a DVD player that plays the European disks... does anyone know if T.I.E will be released on DVD in Canada (Montreal area to be specific) or if anything else like Dead Man's Shoes or A Room For Romeo Brass an so on are available here ? P.S.~ Ano that I ask a lot of questions... sorry bout that

You can get Dead Man's Shoes with that ridiculous US cover... AMAZONAre you sure you can't 'hack' your DVD player to become multi-region? All it usually entails is putting in a certain sequence of numbers on your remote. There are a few sites about that list DVD player hacks, you just need to make a note of the brand and the product number of your player, then get searching. I hacked mine in order to get my imported copy of the Trailer Park Boys movie to work! This is the site I used... www.videohelp.com/dvdhacksJut search for the model of your DVD player.

Well Gadge, for the 50 cent movie I think they were more likely looking at who the film was about and wot his image is, where as Pitt an Jolie are well famous over here so they get a bit of a "by" which to me is crap cause that shouldn't matter if a law is really a law eh ? and to answer Wigwam, I dunno what the reason for the change was seein as in UK cover he's brandishing an AX an in US cover it's a Rifle and a hand gun Both could be classed as offensive an violent, but meh... I'm not into the politics of it all, I jus love the films woteva the cover may be In my opinion it's stupid laws to please different ppl... no one really knows wot goes thru these ppl heads anyways
