After coming out of the shop with the big knife, when Combo slips down the grassy bank, was that planned or did SG just slip?

I think it was Rob (aka PointBlank) that said that Mr Graham kind of did it on purpose to help cheer Tomo up who had had a rough day shooting some rough scenes. Probably remembered that totally incorrectly.
If that was the case, I'm not sure that Shane knew about it until it happened!
