aww! My dad's like that he will tut EVERYTIME he hears a swear word! Just an excuse to post this really for people who've never heard it, but it's odd how people can be so offended by swear words...even when they're clearly not used or meant offensively. |

Did anyone see that doco on kids swearing in schools? There was 1 school that was really bad for it, and they went in and tried to stop it. Some etticet (can't spell) woman and the editor of Viz. yeah i watched that one... was appalled at how appaled i was at all the swearing... felt it was ever so slightly unrepresentative though (not that kids don't swear or owt) put a camera in front of a kid and ask them to swear and its inevitably going to happen I wasn't really appalled. I just thought it was stupid, just think its bad how they swear so much, takes away the meaning of the word really. and it was unrepresentative, no one swore this much at my school, but we still did, and when we did it was really meant. But yeah i didnt really like the doco, can't really put my finger on why. |

In real life I almost never swear.
