yea nice feature on nottinghams film industry in the 'evening post' today.. bigging uo TIE, Control, Magicians and The new ridley scott film 'nottingham'.. then a big fat positive for us guys and girls at the television workshop..
I feel so lucky to be a Nottingham Actor at this time.

It'll be good for TIE to get the awards to go alongside its success in terms of the sheer amount of people that love it. When are the BAFTAs?

All the best to yer! ;D It deserved more nods though. Ato-bloody-munt! Not seen it but it's monopolisation of the awards says something slightly maddening about the cultural strangle hold the chattering classes have on such events. BLECH!  Although saying that it says something that a film like TIE gets any nods at all considering how many films are made and how many of those films are bland offerings for the Hyacinth Bucket's of this world. Rant over! Just do your thing. ;D |
