Well done Shane and cast, fantastic film
As a Nottingham lad it took me back to the late 70s and 80s and captured that time of life brilliantly.
Two questions
1. Although Nottingham was never mentioned by name, the accents and graffiti made no secret of the location - so why include the sequence with the seaside? 2. Did no-one notice the 0115 telephone number on the shop where the lads were lifting the metal shutters - surely it should have been 0602?
Not a criticism, just curious

That's some crazy eyes for detail there! The film is supposed to be set in a non-specific northern coastal town. It isn't supposed to be Nottingham.... I think I read in an interview once that it is kind of 'Nottingham-on-sea'. I always enjoy the ambient seagull noises that have been strategically placed in the audio mix in many scenes!

i cant sleep at night unless i can hear seagulls swarking,we live about 500 yards from the docks and if i wake up and dont hear it i cant get back to sleep.........does that make me odd?
