I think I'm the first Texan to say this since the first name I put in was TEXAS. Hahaha. Too bad. I'm sharing this with all my old mates who regret what filth they did in youth and now only know it's side effects. I really felt sick watching it but was nursed back to health with it's revenge. I hope the elephant man never comes for me! Great flick! Thanks for nailing it right! I'm keeping an eye open for all past and future flicks. Keep it up right! Haha.

Translation: I think I am the first person from Texas to comment on these forums because when I typed in "Texas" as a user name, noone had taken it. I am showing all my friends the film Dead Man's Shoes by Shane Meadows because when they were young they did some stupid stuff that they regret and are now suffering the after affects. The scenes where Anthony was being abused made me feel sick but it was all made OK by Richard's revenge. The part where he wears the gas mask was brilliant!I think the director did a great job. I'll be looking out for other work by Shane Meadows, he seems to be a very talented guy! |
