Ideas on my newly planned film?

Ok, it is about the life and decline of a Northern boxer in Manchester. Hoping to use Salford Lads Club for much of the filming.
Try and combine 'Bouncer' (Ray Winstone, Paddy Considine) with 'Twenty Four Seven' and Anton Corbijn's 'Control' and you can kinda start to get an idea.
Should be about 15 or 20 minutes in length...many voice overs and interestings shots of boxing to be used. It shall be entitled 'Southpaw' and should start to be made in 2009...do I make it sound at all interesting...I will be looking for cast etc. nearer the time!
