Awww. That was quite touching. I didn't realise 24/7 was James Corden's first acting role.
Shane Meadows is fast become one of the most influential people in the British film and TV industries today!
The 'Meadows' effect.

What's weird about James Corden is he looks exactly the same now as he did in 24-7 and Teachers and everything.

did anyone ever see a sitcom with james corden in called boyz unlimited? it was funny as fuck - it was a spoof documentary about a boyband, frank harper played the manager, james corden played the gary barlow-esque 'fat one'....possibly the funniest things he's done - it was screened around 98/99 and seemed to never be spoken of again....always think of it when i see him on the box....

James is one of those actors that I can't believe we haven't worked together again. I must see if he's up for dying his hair black and doing some bare knuckle training for Gypsies. We could make it our 'thing' that he only appears in my boxing related movies.
I also made an unseen/unreleased Short with James and Frank Harper in 98. Can't remember the name, but I will try to dig that baby out and get some more details cuz he was great in it!

Just more great casting from Shane. James is great i also do think alot of Frank Harpers work i know is normally cast as a nasty c--t but he always great as the hard-man.
I worked with him more than a few years ago
anyone seen Rise of the Footsoldier his as hard as nails in that movie

What's weird about James Corden is he looks exactly the same now as he did in 24-7 and Teachers and everything. I thought that when I watched 24/7 the other day. Shorter hair now and a bit taller but essentially the same!
