Trojan Records: Shane Meadows is the controller?

Hi there!

First off I'd just like to say that I'm a huge fan of Shane's work and I'm happy to be part of the community!

Secondly: I was having a wee thought. I'm a fan of reggae and that kinda thang and I have a Trojan album which is a collection compiled by Jonny Greenwood of radiohead fame.

Given Shane's love for the old ska and reggae, what would people think of a Trojan records compilation with Shane as the controller? I'd buy it! I think words should be had! What do you think Shane?

I love how Shane picks just the right music for his films; and I think it would be really cool if he were to put together just a compilation CD of his favorite reggae and ska tunes.

Or just a compo of all his fave songs really? Maybe not restrict it to Ska/reggea?? You got the TIE soundtrack Lee?

No I don't have the TIE soundtrack and do you know what? It didn't even occur to me to get it! Thanks for the tip! Haha! I'll check it out.
